So you have a project, idea or piece of work that you need developed, edited or converted to a new format. What should you know before giving us a call? While you are welcome at any stage to contact us and discuss the possibilities, it is helpful to have a bit of information handy when you call.

If you have some footage and need it converted to a new format, it is helpful to know the following:

• How long is the original material?

• What format is the material currently on? (eg.. Mini DV, Betacam SP, VHS etc...)

• What would you like to convert it to? (eg.. Digital Betacam, DVD, etc...)

• What will the end-product be used for? (ie: internet download, video CD, presentation, etc...)

• Do you require a master from which copies can be made in the future?

• How many copies/duplications do you require? Do you want them all in the same format? (eg.. 10 x VHS and 50 x DVD)

• Do you require artwork? (eg.. design for DVD slicks or disc face artwork)

• How soon do you need it done by?

If you are planning a production from start to finish, it is helpful to know the following:

• How long will your production be?

• Who is your audience and what is the purpose of your production?

• Where is it to be screened? (eg.. Broadcast TV, projected at a corporate function, etc...)

• What's your budget?

• What timeframe do you have in mind?

• Do you have a script or would you like our writers to produce one for you?

• Is music required? Would production music be adequate or would you prefer an original composition?

• Would you like to use animations or graphics within your piece?

• Do you have corporate logos or branding that you would like included and can you provide us with high quality copies?

• Is talent in the form of actors or voice-over artists required?

• Is location shooting required? If so, where, what type of environments?

Please remember that at any stage and with any amount of information you are more than welcome to contact us to talk over your vision and your needs. You can come through at any time to meet our helpful staff and view our facilities - simply call ahead to let us know of your interest and we can arrange it all for you!
