Boose's Sawmill.
1941 Ford F60L cab 12. Brian says he fitted a Mercury motor from a '48 Ford ute with aluminium heads. It used to run well. Unusual to see the Ford script badge present.

See the CMP Database to compare this truck with others.

Australians stenciled the vehicle type onto the inside of the engine bay of their CMPs. On the cab 12 it was on the left side under the bonnet. On cab 13s it was under the bonnet (hood). The legend is F60L 158 1/4 WB which means Ford 60 Cwt (3 ton) Long wheelbase. The 158 1/4 was the wheelbase in inches.
